How we research

How your weekly
shortlist comes together.

We find public-sector work that matches your studio, then pull out the budget, deadlines and production requirements you need to decide whether to bid.

The process

From search
to shortlist.

  1. Match the search to your studio

Your specialisms, regions and usual budgets guide the selection. Tell us whether you take on filming, animation, motion graphics or broader creative work, and which facilities you can provide.

  2. Look inside creative contracts

We search Find a Tender and Contracts Finder for production work and relevant creative lots. Video and animation commissions also appear inside wider design and communications contracts.

  3. Pull out the bid requirements

Each entry brings together the scope, relevant budget, bid and questions deadlines, delivery locations and required facilities. You can see the main commitments before opening the full documents.

  4. Send the shortlist

Your weekly PDF includes a summary of each opportunity, why it may suit your studio, a next step and direct links to the buyer's notice and application route.
